DMart Opens Its Largest NCR Store at Omaxe Connaught Place, Greater Noida

Greater Noida, April 01, 2026: Omaxe Ltd. has announced the opening of Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMart) at Omaxe Connaught Place, Beta II, Greater Noida, further strengthening the project’s positioning as a high-utility retail destination. The store spans over 50,000+ sq. ft. on a single floor, making it the largest DMart outlet in NCR  and the first DMart in Greater Noida. The addition brings a strong daily-needs anchor to the development, enhancing its relevance for both residents and regular visitors.

Omaxe Connaught Place has a retail footprint of approximately 12 lakh sq. ft., with a well-established mix of brands across fashion, electronics, dining, and entertainment. The entry of DMart introduces a high-frequency retail category that complements this mix and is expected to drive consistent, everyday footfall. This also helps create a more balanced consumption pattern across the development, with steady weekday activity supporting peak weekend traffic.

As the residential base around Greater Noida continues to expand, the need for dependable, everyday retail becomes more important. The addition of DMart brings that consistency. Greater Noida is witnessing steady growth, supported by a rapidly expanding residential base and improving connectivity across the region. At the same time, organised retail penetration in India remains under 15%, indicating strong headroom for growth, particularly in emerging urban clusters like Greater Noida.

With this addition, Omaxe Connaught Place continues to evolve in line with how retail demand is shaping up in NCR’s emerging micro-markets, where everyday consumption, accessibility, and scale are becoming key drivers of footfall. The project’s positioning as a combined retail and entertainment destination is expected to strengthen further with the addition of high-frequency anchors such as DMart.
